Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the cafe, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving overall business success. Entry Requirements: Minimum requirement for this role is GCSEs/S or equivalent academic qualification. Previous experience in hospitality and management is not required but desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. Further training will be provided at the commencement of employment. Job Responsibilities Include: 

 Overseeing and managing all aspects of daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management. 
 Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, food handling regulations, and cleanliness protocols. 
 Supervising and training new staff members. 
 Creating rotas and assigning responsibilities accordingly. 
 Developing promotional materials to meet target sales. 
 Overseeing health and safety compliance and food and hygiene standards. 
 Ordering stock, managing waste and controlling operational costs. 
 Conducting staff performance review and providing feedback to maintain high customer service standards

POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

JOB CODE: 7220
VACANCIES: 1 POSITION
HOURS PER WEEK: 37.5
SALARY: £38,800 per annum

Description: As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service crew member of the cafe. Your main objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by providing guidance, support, and training to the team members. You will also be responsible for handling customer escalations and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Entry Requirements: For this position, candidates should possess a minimum of GCSEs/S grades or equivalent qualifications. However, prior experience in similar work is preferred. Additional on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities include:
 To run the shift and lead the customer service team.
 To coordinate and ensue the smooth running of shift.
 To discusses customer responses with café manager with a view to improving the service provided;
 To plan and co-ordinate the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers.
 To provide guidance, support, and mentoring to the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery.
 Conducting stock measurements and maintaining accurate stock records.
 To ensure that all customers are served properly and promptly.
